Window and door distributor acquires specialty millwork manufacturer

Liteworks acquisition of Atlanta Specialty Millwork will expand its capabilities to support a broader range of project types.

ATLANTA — Liteworks Window & Door, a distributor of windows and doors, has acquired Atlanta Specialty Millwork, which the company said enhances Liteworks' manufacturing capabilities and expand its custom millwork solutions.

In a company statement, Liteworks said the integration of Atlanta Specialty Millwork now offers the company an expanded range of custom-designed millwork products, including doors, windows, and specialty trim pieces, all crafted to meet the specific needs of architects, designers, and homeowners. The acquisition allows Liteworks to leverage Atlanta Specialty Millwork's established reputation for quality craftsmanship and precision, elevating the overall service and product offerings to their growing customer base.
