The company serves customers from 14 facilities strategically located throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Eggers line of products are also sold throughout North America.

"I'm very excited about the combined strength of our companies, and how our enhanced resources position us to drive product innovation, market expansion, and profitable growth," said Doug Clausen, president and CEO of VT Industries.

"Eggers' high-quality products, strong reputation in the market, and manufacturing capabilities fit well with our strategy to expand our product portfolio and deliver a great customer experience," added Jason Farver, COO at VT Industries.

"We have combined the two highest-quality and most innovative Architectural Wood Door businesses together as one powerful team and believe the acquisition is a positive move for our customers and the door industry as a whole."
