Stork Craft  Licenses FBI Brands for Youth FurnitureRICHMOND, BC – Furniture maker Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with Furniture Brands International Inc. to produce and market juvenile and kids furnishings under FBI's Broyhill, Lane, Thomasville and Drexel Heritage brands.The deal was announced March 4.

According to Stork Craft, the collections will include cribs, changing tables, dressers toddler/youth/bunk beds, gliders and related accessories. The collections are expected be available for retail sale in the third quarter. Plans call for the products to be marketed across multiple product categories, price points and distribution channels.

“Stork Craft is a recognized leader in the kid’s furnishings industry and we are excited to have them as a new licensing partner. They have a proven track record of high quality products, strong customer service and a commitment to successfully develop each kids furnishings collection to reflect the positioning and heritage of each of our brands,” Mark Wiltshire, FBI president - Special Markets, said in a statement.

The collections under the Broyhill, Lane, Thomasville, and Drexel Heritage brands will include items for both boys and girls, in contemporary and traditional styles. According to information in Furniture Today, logos will be used to indicate that the lines are manufactured and marketed under license by Stork Craft.
