Video: CCF's drawer boxes built to order

ARLINGTON, Texas -- CCF Industries will display a representative sampling of its custom drawer box capabilities at booth #215 of the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, co-located with Wood Pro Expo Texas. In addition to exhibiting, CCF is a sponsor of the Top Shelf Design Awards.

CCF, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, manufactures drawer boxes either dovetailed or dowel and bored. Customers can choose from a variety of solid wood species, plywood, melamine, NAUF and FSC materials. Side thicknesses can be specified in ½” or 5/8”. Some materials are available in 3/4”.

Additional custom options include: personalized laser engraving, prepping for drawer slides including attaching slide clips, and multiple assembly options. Because CCF builds to order, there are no minimum order requirements.

CCF specialty drawer line up includes K-cup storage, corner space, double deck and humi-drawer. All drawers listed in the company's brochure and website can be modified to meet customer specifications. CCF says its CNC capabilities allow for endless possibilities, hence the promise, "If you can draw it, we can build it.”

The inside of boxes are finished on a 4-ft UV roll coat finish line with two coats. The outside of boxes are sanded and finished after assembly for an enhanced look and feel. All drawers are backed by CCF’s Quality Promise, guaranteeing the craftsmanship regardless of the order size.
