Biesse presents 8th edition of BiesseInside, Windays

Pesaro, Italy – The Biesse Group is organising BiesseInside & Windays in Pesaro on 25 and 26 March – an appointment dedicated to the innovative technology of Biesse with a focus on the processing of window and door fittings.

Biesse is showcasing highly flexible solutions for the production of standard and customised door and window fittings that can anticipate and respond to constantly changing market requirements. It acts as a partner to the client in the main production phases for doors and windows, from the initial processing raw materials to the finishing which gives the aesthetic quality to the product and even to bespoke packaging so that the doors and windows are ready for delivery.

An entire production area for processing windows and doors has been set up in the Tech Center which demonstrates Biesse’s quality not just as a provider of single innovative solutions but also as a partner in the entire production process.

We will be highlighting the following technologies in the area dedicated to windows and doors:
Rover A 5 axes – a machining centre that meets all production requirements: from the needs of the craftsman to those of the prototype departs of large industrial companies. It is a compact and flexible machine designed to produce furniture, windows, doors, stairs and which can manufacture complex shaped pieces guaranteeing quality and precision.
UniWin HP WMS (Windows Manufacturing System) – is the new Biesse multicentre for the machining of standard and specialised windows and doors that guarantees non-stop processing, with zero re-processing requirements, for all types of frame and any type of jointing; it gives maximum production with minimum overall dimension.
Narrow 224, a Viet branded compact calibration, sanding and polishing machine for producing single door and windows frames. Narrow covers the complete work cycle from preparation to varnishing/painting the four sides of a single piece in a single stage. It prepares frames and windows to uniformly absorb colours and varnish with no risk of product fibres lifting.

BiesseInside will also spotlight innovations in panel processing: Biesse will present the Bre.Ma EKO 902, a vertical processing machine which offers clients advantages in flexibility and productivity. This machine can carry out all of the operations of milling, drilling and insertion of glue and dowels and enables the management of all kinds of metal components. It is a simple product with a high technological content for special or customised orders.
Rover A G FT – the new Biesse entry-level machine designed for Nesting applications guaranteeing a highly flexible working table. The competitive, high-performance solutions for loading and unloading operations meet all production needs by combining ergonomics and ease of use.
Innovative panel processing solutions include Klever, the new mobile gantry machining centre ideal for anyone requiring a multi-function solution at a competitive price. It is designed for the processing of wood and wood-derivative panels but can also be used with plastic to create signs and notices made from alucobond and similar materials. Klever uses advanced software and has a simple and user friendly operator interface.

BiesseInside & Windays is a unique opportunity for furniture manufacturers to come and visit our production facilities and see for themselves Biesse systems excellence at close quarters, with guided tours of the flexible sizing, drilling and insertion and square-edgebanding lines. One of Biesse’s significant competitive advantages is its willingness to install lines in companies before delivery is finalised so that the client receives a fully tested and working production line thereby reducing the running-in time and costs.

Visitors may join guided tours of the Viet production facilities at Gradara; Viet has been the brand leader for almost sixty years in the calibration and sanding sector and has recently become part of the Biesse Group. The highly specialised technologies for calibration, sanding, brushing and polishing will be on display in the Viet production facility.

Biesse is also enhancing the technological input with special seminars. The Legno Legno Consortium will offer an overview of the technical future of door and window manufacture in Italy focusing on materials, regulations and trends. The ift Rosenheim Institute will discuss guaranteed energy savings with the new generation of door and windows manufactured using sustainable design.
