WMCO’s next Quarterly Network Event set for Sept. 25

HANOVER, Ontario — Presentations on Digital Integration and Lean Manufacturing highlight the agenda of the Wood Manufacturing Cluster of Ontario’s Quarterly Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 25.

The in-person, to be held at Export Development Canada in Kitchener, Ontario, will also be live-streamed.

Digital Integration Success Stories will feature a panel representing WMCO member companies that have received funding through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario. Panelists will offer insights into the processes, challenges, and solutions that have propelled their businesses forward.

Sepp Gmeiner, partner of Lignum Consulting, will present how to apply Lean principles to digital transformation. Gmeiner will share ideas for reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing productivity to stay competitive in today's market.

The event is scheduled to run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will include a networking lunch plus other opportunities to network with fellow attendees. Non-members are invited to attend.
