WINNIPEG, Manitoba -- Canadian furniture manufacturer Palliser announced changes to its organizational structure, dividing the organization into four brand channels and re-aligning the executive leadership team.

Continuing to be the core of the business, the Palliser brand brings the company’s commitment to all key categories of upholstery and casegoods, offering whole products that span a variety of styles and core price points. This brand also encompasses the recently announced Sarah Richardson for Palliser partnership.

Pinnacle, Palliser’s luxury residential line, showcases the company’s design capabilities and craftsmanship. Under the OEM and National Accounts brand channel, Palliser offers white label opportunities and the development of exclusive product for national accounts. The newly created Integrity brand’s upholstery product line will focus on value and will also include the Quantum Chair line.

To support the restructuring, Palliser announced new roles for two members of its executive team.

Roger Friesen, chief revenue officer, will provide leadership to the sales, marketing and the new brand channels. Mike Hofmann, chief operating officer, will oversee both operations and finance branches of the organization which include procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, product development and pricing.

Wendy Ferris, chief culture and people officer, will continue in her role of providing executive leadership to human resources and be a driving force behind developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Cary Benson, president and chief executive officer, formerly president of Palliser, will continue in his role leading Encore, Palliser’s contract business.

Celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, Palliser is the largest manufacturer of upholstered leather furniture in North America. The company produces a full range of upholstered products in leather and fabric including stationary, motion, sectionals and recliners along with home theater seating.
