Wood Pro Expo: Lancaster, PA, is calling for you!

A wide variety of exhibitors offer products and services for shops of any size to boost business, increase efficiency, and better serve customers.

The woodworking industry is rocketing forward in 2024. After a fantastic WMS event in Canada, we have seen record numbers at the Wood Pro Expo Illinois/Closets Conference. Now the initial buzz about IWF is that they are back into large numbers of both exhibitors and attendees.

This is all great news for our industry. It’s time to keep the momentum moving as we call for exhibitors and attendees alike to put Wood Pro Expo Lancaster on their calendar for Oct. 24-25. We are currently working to fill the exhibit space with all of the great products in our industry.

“Whether you are a machinery manufacturer or distributor, materials supplier, component manufacturer, or provide any other good or service to the woodworking industry, this is the best fall event to showcase your products,” says Lewis Goldman, Show Manager, and partner with Woodworking Network in presenting the Wood Pro Expo in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

On display will be a wide range of machinery, components, materials and supplies for wood products manufacturing..

Why Lancaster?
Lancaster is the perfect location between the Mid Atlantic and Northeast regions of the country and has a long history of amazing woodworking shops. This is an opportunity for you to connect and network with large and small cabinet and closet shops, store fixture manufacturers, furniture makers, and artisans alike.

The region is a prime location for suppliers from all areas to congregate with their distributors to showcase the latest and greatest in our industry. Whether you are a regional shop, or looking to expand your business demographic, you will find connections in Lancaster.

What is the Spooky Nook Sports Center?
Spooky Nook Sports Center is an events facility that was retrofitted from a wood flooring factory. What could be more appropriate for a woodworking industry event? The facility is set up to host conventions and sporting events of all sizes. A hotel adjoining the building adds to your trip as travel is not a necessity once on location.

The facility also hosts a nice restaurant for any networking lunches or dinners you would like to have and provides an intimate setting for your meetings.

Who exhibits at the show?
Wood Pro Expo Lancaster features an exhibit hall filled with the latest machinery in our industry, covering everything from small to large shops’ needs including tooling. Hardware and accessories will be in abundance so you can see what is trending to bulk up your product offerings.

Software products from all facets of need such as product design to shop solutions will help you get a leg up on the competition as well as make your plant run more efficiently. Component manufacturers will be on hand to help you outsource products to make your day-to-day work smoother as sometimes the best choice in optimizing your time is to partner with someone to provide you with a solution.

Lastly, the latest in surface materials and trends will be showcased both from direct suppliers and distributors. If you are in the woodworking industry, your problems will be solved on the show floor in Lancaster.

Wood Pro Expo Lancaster is located in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish country, with a host of vibrant woodworking businesses serving the area.

What will I learn?
Wood Pro Expo Lancaster also has an unmatched educational program in conjunction with the show. You will be able to hear presentations on everything from pricing strategies, to marketing your company and products, including the latest in digital practices, to the newest in design and functionality.

Last year’s presentations were well attended and extremely engaging, and the lineup of presenters will again be some of the best in the industry, sharing their experiences. Whether you are looking to grow your business or just looking to become more efficient you will not want to miss out on these educational courses.

Why should I attend?
Everyone from small to large shops who make finished products for the woodworking industry such as cabinets, closets, store fixtures, residential and commercial furniture, casegoods, commercial interiors, healthcare and hospitality, and even those who design spaces or do bespoke custom work should attend. This show will have something for everyone.

I have never seen the industry so motivated to continue to move the needle through growth. We are reaching so many more people than we ever have, and these smaller intimate shows are a huge catalyst for that growth. Exhibitors are extremely motivated, and the speakers are sharing their trade secrets on a level that screams how a rising tide can lift all boats.

Registration is set to open on June 28, 2024, which will also be the day the educational session schedule will be made public. Be on the lookout for updates and exhibitor information by visiting WoodProExpoLancaster.com. Again, let’s keep the momentum going!
