MANHEIM, Pa. — Landmark Lumber Group will display several new product lines, all prefinished and ready to install, at booth #265 of Wood Pro Expo Lancaster. The two-day expo, also featuring a variety of educational opportunities, takes place Oct. 24-25 at Spooky Nook Sports. 

Landmark’s new products, designed to offer customers maximum convenience and cost savings, include the following.

Pre-cut pre-finished board and batten siding
Landmark’s exclusive board and Batten pine siding arrives ready to install, significantly reducing production and labor costs for shed, barn, and cabin manufacturing.

Their board and batten is made from rough one-side Eastern white pine, pre-packaged in units of 10” board / 2” batten or 12” board / 3” batten, with lengths ranging from 8 to 14 feet. It comes factory pre-sealed with Ready Seal Pro Grade Stain and Sealer in one of five semi-transparent colors.

Pre-finished tongue and grove (T&G) interior paneling
Landmark’s exclusive prefinished rustic pine T&G paneling is ideally suited for cabins, tiny homes, party barns, family rooms, and any other space where the aim is to streamline construction timelines with ready-to-install paneling. 

Constructed of Eastern white pine in double-sided V-groove/edge and center bead profile, this ready-to-install paneling is available in 1” x 6” or 1” x 8” sizes. Each piece is prefinished on all sides with a custom factory-applied wood toner and stain in one of four standard colors. Custom colors are also available.

ThermaPro Decking, made with thermally modified Southern yellow pine, offer improved weather resistance and dimensional stability.

Available in lengths from 8 to 16 feet, ThermaPro prefinished cladding arrives ready to install. Additionally, Landmark offers a full line of matching trim and fascia boards. Customizations are also available. 
  • ThermaPro Wood Rainscreen and Slatting can be used for vertical rain screens, privacy walls, shade screens, fences, and artistic detail providing shade, privacy, architectural dimension, and the warmth of real wood for any façade. ThermaPro Rainscreen and Slatting products are prefinished with Cutek Extreme in clear, which slows the silvering process. Cutek Colortones with UV protectant is also available. 
  • ThermaPro Decking, made with thermally modified Southern yellow pine, offer improved weather resistance and dimensional stability. Thermally modified wood provides rot and insect resistance, along with a rich color that can be maintained with UV protectant or left to silver to achieve that beachy look, all without cupping or cracking. ThermaPro Decking products are prefinished with Cutek Extreme in clear, which slows the silvering process. Cutek Colortones with UV protectant is also available. ThermaPro’s full line of decking, railing and deck tile products can be used to create beautiful, long-lasting decks, swimming pool surrounds, terraces, balconies and piers.
