Video: CNC Factory’s Python XPR 5G CNC router

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – CNC Factory will demonstrate the Python XPR CNC router, winner of FDMC’s Best CNC for 2020 at Wood Pro Expo Florida, co-located with the Closets Conference & Expo. The Python will also be showcased in the Running Machine Program, a series of free on-the-show-floor presentations of new technologies.

The Python is engineered throughout with 5th Generation CNC technology. Because the router is completely driverless, even an inexperienced operator can quickly learn how to efficiently run the machine. By simply pressing a few buttons on the touchscreen, the Python goes into autopilot, eliminating all heavy lifting and critical thinking required of a skilled operator. The driverless controls automatically handle all of the machine’s functions from loading sheets of material and spoil board cleaning to rapid cutting, parts marking, and unloading.

5th Generation features of the Python include:

  • Automatic loading, unloading, cleaning, and material alignment;
  • No homing or daily calibration;
  • Driverless, mobile control center with large 21-inch touchscreen, remote access and wireless remote;
  • Ability to design parts at the machine;
  • Dual-layer, high-flow vacuum table with automatic valve controls;
  • Patent-pending dust hood material sensing;
  • Helical rack and pinion for absolute positioning; and
  • Plug and play upgrades including robotic label printing and application.

In addition to continuous demonstrations of the Python at booth #347, CNC Factory will participate in Wood Pro Expo’s popular Running Machine Program. The RMP offers attendees the opportunity to participate in interactive demonstrations scheduled on each day of the show.

The expo floor opens at 10 a.m. on June 9 and June 10 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The expo is preceded by a full-day educational conference on June 8.
