OGDEN, UT -Allmoxy is a web based woodworking enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that uses cloud computing technology.
The company is exhibiting its latest version of allmoxy software, an online solution for custom wood products, including doors, drawers, components and cabinetry, in Booth 8623 at the AWFS Fair 2013 in Las Vegas.
"Web based ERP systems for manufacturing are the new future of business," says the firm, whose appliations were developed for by the son of a cabinetry shop owner. "Our suite of web tools for manufacturing companies utilizes the latest web technologies. Small and medium businesses can now enjoy the power and flexibility that was previously only available to larger companies."
Allmoxy says its software allows woodshop owners you to run their business from anywhere, with anytime access.
"We grew up with a slave driver of a father who has an outsource custom door and cabinet component company," says Brady Lewis, developer. "We ate so much sawdust as kids, I still prefer it for breakfast. He taught us to work hard and we learned how to run the business. When the information age arrived I was interested in how it applied to the family business.
A beta version of what would come to be Allmoxy was implemented and proven in 2005.
"We started getting asked by our cabinet customers where they could get something like what we had, and in 2008 we launched Allmoxy," says Lewis. Last year at the International Woodworking Fair 2012 Allmoxy wood products business management software was sominated for a Challengers Award.
Code was rewritten to broaden the reach of the customer base so that virtually any manufacturing or service company could use it.
"My dad’s company has flourished since implementation and I’m so excited to help other companies see the same results," says Lewis. "My passion is that allmoxy can transform even a small amount of businesses into something that will strengthen America."
