WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. Titus Group will showcase its newest hardware solutions for kitchen cabinets, closets and furniture at the 20th annual Closets Expo, co-located with Wood Pro Expo Florida. The twin-bill event is scheduled for June 12-13 at the Palm County Convention Center.

Highlighted products include:

The System 6 Flush connector with its flat head forms an even surface when it is inserted into a board. It is an efficient way to flat pack closet systems, minimizing panel damage during transportation. Pairing the System 6 Flush cam with the Quickfit dowel expedites on-site installation. The System 6 Flush connector’s dowel expands securely when tightened and can be removed without damaging the panel, allowing flexible panel positioning. The drop-on design allows one-person assembly for walk-in closets, garage storage, and shelving units. This method boosts efficiency, cuts labor costs, and enables easy panel repositioning before final tightening. Ideal for confined spaces like built-in wardrobes, Titus says side-entry mounting allows assembly from both the top and side, providing greater flexibility.

Titus Quickfit TL5
Quickfit TL5 “Full Metal Jacket” connector

The Quickfit TL5 “Full Metal Jacket” connector provides strength and reliability with toolless insertion technology. Its expanding steel sleeve ensures secure connections in MDF, solid wood, and particleboard, offering high resistance to dowel pull-out. Titus says Quickfit TL5 is the only tool-free Quickfit dowel that reliably engages 5mm holes, allowing toolless insertion for various RTA furniture applications. This feature streamlines the assembly process, making closet installation faster. When used with the Titus FastFit insertion machine, the Quickfit TL5 can be pre-inserted, cutting assembly time by 50%, Titus says.

Titus T-type Presto hinge
T-type PresTo hinge

The T-type PressTo features a toolless hinge cup fixing system for quick and easy mounting. Locking the hinge cup requires minimal effort, with an audible click to indicate secure attachment. This efficient mechanism accelerates installation while retaining all the benefits of the T-type, making it ideal for both DIY enthusiasts and professional installers.

The T-type-i 170 is a wide-angle hinge that offers greater access with its wider opening angle and integrated soft-closing technology. A key feature of this hinge is its zero protrusion into cabinet space, ensuring smooth and unobstructed operation of internal drawers. Being part of the T-type hinge family, this hinge retains all the key features, like 3Way snap-on hinge-to-plate mounting for easy assembly, and ConfidentClose for reliable soft closing.

Titus Push Latch
Push Latch S2

Push Latch S2 is a push opening mechanism that features a damping system for soft, silent, and bounce-less door opening. The positioning lip ensures accurate placement on the cabinet for intuitive mounting. The safety detachment feature allows easy reattachment if accidentally hit. This mechanism is compatible with both damped and non-damped self-closing hinges and fits standard drilling patterns. The non-removable depth adjustment button ensures an optimal door-to-side panel gap for consistent performance.
