SAN ANTONIO - As the seventh-most populated city in the U.S., 84 Lumber chose San Antonio as the location for its newest store with a grand opening celebration that took place on Oct. 12, 2017. Located at 327 Riverside Drive, San Antonio, Texas, the new store supports both builders and DIYers with a steady supply of lumber and building materials.

84 Lumber will offer supplies and services including lumber, panels, Hardie Siding, LP Siding, nails and fasteners, tools and hardware, as well as mouldings and pre-hung doors. The new store has joined 12 other locations in Texas including Georgetown, four stores in and around Houston and another location in San Antonio.

“The addition of this store gives us the ability to expand our efforts with current and potential customers, while also increasing our presence in the market,” said Frank Cicero, 84 Lumber chief operating officer. “This location was a natural fit for us due to our existing footprint in Texas including Houston, Dallas, Austin, and western Texas.”

Founded in 1956, 84 Lumber Company is a privately held supplier of building materials, manufactured components, and industry-leading services for single- and multi-family residences and commercial buildings. 84 Lumber operates more than 250 stores, component manufacturing plants, custom door shops, custom millwork shops, and engineered wood product (EWP) centers in 30 states, representing the top 130 markets in the country.
