How to minimize warping when shipping wood product from humid to dry climate
I’m still a beginner with woodworking and was wondering if anyone had advice on shipping these decorative wooden placemats. I recently made some and shipped from Georgia to Nevada and when they arrived they were severely warped. Since we never shipped to such a dry climate before we never encountered the issue. The piece needs to remain as flat as possible. Similar to a cutting board, you wouldn’t want it warped and to rock on the table.
