Before homemade lye, zinsser part b treatment, and vinegar wash

Hello!

I am attempting to lighten a red oak table. I used Zinsser part A/B bleach. I did 4 applications of this product with great results on the pedestal and table top of my table. Some boards on the table were much darker and some were much lighter. I ran out of the zinsser wood bleach so this is where my project has gone wrong.
My goal was to lighten the table again in hopes that the boards on the table would have a more uniform appearance.
1) I let my table top sit in the sun a few hours
2) I gave the table a coat of household bleach (the table looked slightly yellow after this)
3) I made a homemade lye water solution to substitute for part a of the zinsser wood bleach and followed up with part b of the zinsser wood bleach. I neutralized with a vinegar water wash and now some boards are much darker on the table (the boards I was wanting to lighten) and the lighter ones are just yellow. Whenever I wipe the table with just water, it wipes yellow off.
I have not touched the pedestal and it is exactly what I’m looking for.
How do I fix this?
