Video: Robotic spraying technology

Robotic Solutions, based in Jasper, Indiana, has been a long-term partner with CMA Spray Robotics in Udine, Italy, to provide the U.S. Wood industry with opportunities to automate their finishing processes.

The company has developed several integrated systems to reduce labor-intensive applications and improve consistency in the finish room.  Any spraying application involving clear coat finishes, paints, stains, adhesives, and more are all very capable of automating.

In this video, introduces a new concept for a fully automated, batch one door spray and curing line.
