HARRISBURG, Pa. — MITER Brands, a provider of high-quality windows and doors, divests its subsidiary, ECO Window Systems, to its original founders.

The divestiture reflects the commitment of MITER Brands to streamline its business operations and concentrate resources on its core distribution channels and product brands. This move will enable MITER Brands to enhance its market position, drive innovation, and support its vision to build the most valued window and door brand in America.

“Our top priority since acquiring PGT Innovations has been to create consistent and best-in-class customer experiences across the nation,” said Ali Zahrieh, Senior Vice President of Strategy and M&A with MITER Brands. "This transaction allows MITER Brands to focus on our core distribution channels and go-to-market strategy while ensuring that ECO Window Systems operates under experienced ownership."
