The complete contents of Dorel Home Furnishings former Ameriwood production plant in Tiffin, Ohio, is being auctioned off.
Dorel announced the closure of the Ohio plant in January 2025 as part of the restructuring of its struggling Home segment. The plan eventually led to the June 2025 announcement that it was closing its Cornwall, Ontario, RTA plant, and end all Home manufacturing operations in North America.
Auction firm, MachineryMax, is presenting a massive 4-day online auction event of all content from Dorel Home Furnishing's Tiffin plant. The auction features the complete liquidation of the 550,000-square-foot facility and includes more than 1,000 lots of woodworking, packaging, material handling, and facility equipment that range from CNC routers and beam saws to robotic packaging lines and forklifts.
