MANITOWOC, Wisc. – Hamilton Laboratory Solutions recently announced it has acquired the assets of the laboratory furniture and fume hood business of Hamilton Scientific, whose corporate office had been based in De Pere, Wisconsin.

 

Hamilton Laboratory Solutions acquired all Hamilton Scientific IP (intellectual property), and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Hamilton Laboratory Solutions is a leading supplier of laboratory furniture and fume hoods for the education, health care and industrial markets.

 

The buyer declared its allegiance to the legacy Hamilton name, which was established in 1880 and was renowned for exceptional craftsmanship of all products manufactured at the Two Rivers plant.
