Video: Versatile Cabineo 8 M6 connector from Colonial Saw

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Lamello Cabineo 8 M6 is the newest and most versatile connection system offered by Colonial Saw. The company will demonstrate the detachable cabinet connector during Wood Pro Expo Florida and Closest Conference & Expo, June 8-10 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Colonial Saw says the Cabineo 8 M6 connection system is ideal for manufacturers who nest parts on CNC routers. Production time is saved because the connector does not require edge drilling. The connectors are tapped into the routed pocket; cabinet components are joined together by screwing into a mating 5mm shelf pin hole with nearly 200 pounds of clamping force. Because Cabineo requires no pin or stud, components can be delivered to the jobsite flat pack ready to assemble.

In addition to wood, the Cabineo 8 M6 insert can be used with aluminum, steel or phenolic resin components. Applications include cabinets, modular furniture, tradeshow exhibits, store fixtures, RVs and bookshelves.

Colonial Saw, official distributor of Lamello products in the U.S., also plans to display and demonstrate the Flexus Clamex P14 connector and the Zeta P2 profile biscuit joiner at booth #211.
