I am trying to fix this coffee table that’s put together with wooden pegs, but someone used wood glues and pegs have broken over time and are stuck or shredded. I am wondering if I can screw the legs in, due to the design of the legs being raised, but I’m worried about the screws showing on the other side and I don’t know if plugs would work for it. Is this the best option or is there a better option?
