Graco Sells Binks, DeVilbiss & Ransburg Finishing for $590M

Graco will sell the Binks, DeVilbiss, Ransburg and BGK assets obtained during its acquisition of the Finishing Brands. Carlisle Companies will purchase the Liquid Finishing business from Graco for $590 million.

Residential Furniture Orders Increase 4% in July

New orders for residential furniture increased 4 percent in July compared to a year earlier, according to the latest survey of manufacturers and distributors by High Point accounting and consulting firm Smith Leonard.
