Charles G.G. Schmidt’s HSK corrugated back cutterheads are constructed of alloy steel with a hardened and ground HSK locking device, these heads are rated to run at 12,000 rpm and will run on most HSK machines. Made for 1/4-in.-, 5/16-in.- and 3/8-in.-thick knives, these 2-knife heads are available with a 12° or 20° cutting angle. Custom lengths, cutting angles and HSK arbors are available and quoted on request.

They now occupy a state of the art facility in Montvale New Jersey using the latest CNC equipment to produce their tools for woodworking shops throughout the United States and surrounding countries. Insert panel raising cutters, stile and rail sets, and profiling heads designed to be used on shapers and CNC routers are the newest addition to Charles G. G. Schmidt's product line. They have also added new insert tools to produce flooring.
