Utter, incoming president of the Business & Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association, spoke at NeoCon 2013. In her role as president of Knoll, Utter says the "open workplace" puts manufacturers and designers of furnishings in a leading role as workplaces transition to accommodate changing demographics and collaborative workforces.
