Lumber Liquidators Net Income Falls 17 Percent

Hardwood and laminate flooring giant Lumber Liquidators saw a 16.8% drop in net income fourth quarter, even as sales climbed 6.2% to $272 million - mostly a result of opening new outlets.

Furniture components maker OMT-Veyhl USA Corp. is planning an 98,000-square- foot, $8.8 million expansion at its Holland Township, MI-based facility. OMT-Veyhl said 206 jobs will be created as part of the expansion.
