SAN FRANCISCO --The Bay Area's San Francisco Design Center (SFDC), which showcases custom furnishings, fabrics and other design matters, paid homage to man's best friend, via "Paw Parade" last month.

The "doggie runway fashion show" benefited Canine Companions for Independence (CCI). CCI is a non-profit organization that provides adults with disabilities with highly-trained assistance dogs and ongoing support free of charge.

More than 30 pups took to the runway in top dog-style wearing couture outfits created with exquisite fabric from SFDC's showrooms for Paw Parade, and designed by San Francisco’s leading designers.
