SourceCut’s Barberán profile wrapping machine is capable of producing profiles, mouldings, lath furniture components, panels, aluminum profiles, PVC profiles and more. This machine can wrap wooden veneer, paper foils, PVC foils, laminates, CPL, HPL and flexible materials onto wood, fiberboard, MDF, PVC extrusions and aluminum extrusions at speeds up to 200 fpm. The machine is longer in length than similar machines, allowing lamination of complex parts at higher speeds. With this option, 360° lamination is possible, and a new tooling system swivels the tool at the base of the bar.
