Laser for cutting and engraving

The R Series lasers from Rayjet Laser, a Trotec Laser division, are now available for online purchase.

The company says that the R Series lasers feature an ergonomic working area and sophisticated and intuitive workflow software.

Designed to comply with stringent production standards and European manufacturing and design principles, R Series lasers are class 2 systems meaning that these systems meet U.S. manufacturing safety requirements for use in public spaces, and do not require operators to wear protective gear such as safety goggles. R Series lasers, which are also CE-certified, include safety features such as a double interlock system and a safety kill switch.

R Series laser systems are offered with an open, ergonomic design, and bed sizes up to 51.1" x 35.4", and 100W DC of laser power, allowing users to cut and engrave a range of materials. The R400 midsized model is available with an optional rotary attachment for processing round and cylindrical items such as tumblers, further expanding processing capabilities. The included Rayjet Manager workflow software provides step-by-step instructions with logical and intuitive functions, allowing users to make a fast transition from the job layout to the final product.

To accommodate the different needs and preferences of a diverse customer base, R Series lasers are now also available for online purchase at: rayjetlaser.com.

"With R Series lasers, you get the best of both worlds," said Warren Knipple, president at Trotec Laser. "They are simple to use, yet you can produce highly sophisticated and precise designs. They are cost-effective but still meet the most stringent safety, design and manufacturing standards. And to make things even easier, you can choose to buy them online, or you can consult a local representative to assist you with your purchase."
