BESSEMER CITY, NC - Precision Drive Systems (PDS) has announced an exclusive partnership with Hiteco of Rimini, Italy. PDS will be the sole distributor of Hiteco products in North America. 

“With this alliance, PDS now can offer machine builders and end users almost everything needed to build CNC machines with exception to the frame,” said Bob Barone, national sales manager.

Hiteco manufacturers high speed precision spindle motors as well as aggregates, bi-rotary heads, tool changers, pod/rail systems, multi-spindle boring units and ‘C’ axis units.

PDS manufactures its own DynaLoc and PDS brand spindles in the U.S. and Germany and is the world's largest distributor of GC Colombo spindles.

“This is going to be a great year for PDS,” said Barone. “We have some exciting new offerings that will mean great savings for our customers.”

PDS will be at both the IMTS and IWF industry shows this year.
