MAPLE GROVE, MN – Midwest Hardwood Corp., a vertically integrated hardwood manufacturing company and distributor of industrial building products, hired Randy Wilson to the position of quality control and product compliance.

Midwest Hardwood Corp. Bolsters Quality Control DepartmentWilson will be responsible to review and report on product quality compliance as well as train personnel on product specifications.

Before joining Midwest Hardwood, Wilson amassed more than 15 years of experience in production, grading and quality control. He was most recently an National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA) Inspector based in China.

Midwest Hardwoods employs 450 people and operates three sawmills and three concentration yards withdry kiln facilities in Wisconsin and Kentucky. Combined the facilities are capable of producing more than 80 million board feet of northern and Appalachian hardwoods annually for domestic and international customers.

Midwest Hardwoods also operates building product distibution centers in Minneapolis, MN; Milwaukee, WI; Sioux Falls, SD; and Omaha, NE, as well as a moulding and dimension production facility in Westby, WI.
