MANHEIM, Lancaster County, Pa. – RT Machine plans to showcase four woodworking machines and its customer service support at Wood Pro Expo Lancaster.

The Hughesville, Pa.-based machinery distributor, will conduct demonstrations of the Mereen-Johnson 1101 CNC dovetail machine, including as a participant in the Running Machine Program. The CNC dovetailer maximizes flexibility because of its fast changeover. It features a 3-hp high-speed spindle motor and programmable cutting speeds up to 5 inches per second. The machine can handle material thicknesses of 3/8 inch to ¾ inch and can produce at a rate of 60 boxes per hour based on four dovetails being cut.

The Diehl SL30 features a 10-hp arbor motor, 14-inch. or 16-inch. blade diameter, a fixed arbor, and a fixed feed speed of 60 fpm. It can handle stock thicknesses up to 2-1/2 inches with a maximum glue line of 5 feet. It utilizes Diehl’s unique undercutting principle to provide a quality cut and simplifies dust collection.

The Castle The TSM-22 is Castle’s best-selling pocket hole machine.  The TSM-22 clamps the stock routs a pocket, and drills a pilot hole with a tap of the foot pedal. Castle says the TSM-22 creates fast, strong, stable butt joints. The machine can be used with composites, panels, hardwoods or softwoods. 

The Vecoplan VHZ 800 is a small footprint shredding machine specifically developed for the needs of the wood processing industry. Feature include easy access screen, and PLC controls/touchpad monitoring.
