Registration opens for Wood Pro Expo Lancaster

Wood Pro Expo Lancaster is a unique regional show located in the center of one of the most robust sectors for wood product manufacturing in the country.

MANHEIM, Pa. -- Registration is now open for Wood Pro Expo Lancaster (WPE) 2022 to be held Oct. 13-14 at the Spooky Nook Sports Center/Warehouse at the Nook. 

WPE is a unique regional marketing place for woodworking professionals. The annual show is located in the center of the Mid-Atlantic region in one of the most robust sectors for wood product manufacturing in the country.

More than half of those who attended WPE 2021 represents companies that manufacture residential and/or commercial cabinets. Fully 94% of the 2021 attendees have either direct purchasing authority or at the very least have a role in specifying products for their companies. 

The WPE 2022 show floor will feature a full complement of woodworking machinery, software, cutting tools, wood products, cabinet hinges and slides, and more. The exhibition includes the ever-popular Running Machine Program (RMP). The RMP consists of scheduled demonstrations of technology including CNC nesting routers, edgebanders, and other technologies. The Classic Machine Pavilion is back this year following its successful introduction at WPE 2021.

The tradeshow is augmented by up to two days of optional classroom learning through the partnership of FDMC and the Cabinet Makers Association.

2 p.m. -- Live WWN Podcast from the floor -- FDMC Editorial Director Will Sampson interviews Nick Stoltzfus, CEO of Keystone Wood Specialties

Friday, Oct. 14
10 a.m. - 10:55 a.m. -- Finishing Update: New and Current Coating Technologies and Supply Chain Challenges presented by Les Smith, national sales executive, Diamond Vogel Industrial Wood Coatings 

11 a.m. – 11:55 a.m. -- Profit First for Cabinetmakers: Guarantee Profit from Your Cabinet Shop, presented by Gregory Paolini, director of operations for Gregory Paolini Design

Noon – 1 p.m. -- Free Keynote: What’s Wrong with Pricing in Woodworking, presented by Will Sampson, editorial director, FDMC.
