Colonial Saw to demo latest Lamello technologies at CCE/WPE FL

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Lamello USA, a division of Colonial Saw Company, will demonstrate the Zeta P2 machines and P-System joinery, along with the Cabineo CNC connector system, at the Closets Conference and Expo/Wood Pro Expo Florida.

The co-located events take place April 13-14 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Lamello's Zeta P2 is a profile biscuit joiner that can be which can be used to join components made of solid wood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, plastic, solid surface, and more.

The Zeta P2 is the profile biscuit joiner for Lamello’s P-System connectors. It can be used to join components made of solid wood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, plastic, solid surface, and more. This Swiss-made, time-saving tool features an integrated vertical mechanical drive on the cutting spindle that creates profile grooves. Any P-System fitting can be manually inserted into the grooves.

The Zeta P2 can also be used as a standard biscuit joiner for original wood biscuits by deactivating the profile groove function and changing to a 4mm blade. Lamello also offers a new cordless version of the Zeta P2, which will be demonstrated at the show.

The Cabineo connector system requires no special tooling and allows for turnkey, pre-installed, flat-pack solutions.

It removes many steps in the machine production process compared to other assembly methods.  Lamello says customers have experienced significant time-savings using Cabineo for closets, commercial case goods, cabinets, and store fixtures.
