My shop is here at AbrasiveNow, where we are working to provide more green and sustainable solutions regarding brush sanding systems. We already created a solution that heavily reduces the waste of brushes. Most brushes in brush sanding systems are made of natural Tampico fibers, which are much more durable than the abrasive they accompany. However, most systems do not allow the reuse of said brushes, which creates a large waste of the natural product, as the brushes are changed together with the abrasive. It is not only bad for the environment, but it is also quite expensive, since the brushes cost much more than the abrasive. We hope to help companies reduce their waste, and reduce their costs!
