Where do cabinetmakers go wrong in pricing custom work? Find out at the 2017 Cabinets & Closets Conference, April 11.
FDMC magazine's annual Pricing Survey is open for bidding. Editor Will Sampson expects the 2016 edition to reveal why bids vary so much on cabinetry and millwork projects. Woodworkers nationally submit bids for one or more of several master projects.
For building a walnut kitchen cabinet suite, cabinetmakers' pricing ranged from a low of $8,600 all the way up to more than $37,000. For a frameless maple kitchen, estimates ranged from $10,000 to over $35,000. FDMC magazine editor Will Sampson will details on these and other live projects estimates in his renowned woodworking Pricing Survey at Cabinets & Closets 2016, March 22-24 in Pasadena, California.
