Windham Millwork remodeled the Beauport Hotel, a 94-room full-service hotel, to achieve a summer cottage feel. The project won an honorable mention in the 2017 Best In Wood Design competition.

The People's Choice Award will be presented to the project with the highest amount of likes by the deadline date of September 30th, 2017.

The 2017 Best in Wood Awards for fine custom furniture making, cabinets and millwork will be celebrated October 19 at Wood Pro Expo in Lancaster. Entries are due August 11.

An entry in the 2016 Best in Wood (formerly known as Custom Woodworking Design Portfolio) Awards, the unique piece features "wood veneer steamed over a mould to fit a foam core shape and seamed at the rails to create full a wood look."
