Closets By Design announced two new franchise locations in West Palm Beach, FL, and Austin, TX, as well as plans to accelerate the growth of future franchises.

The new locations are part of an overall growth plan to expand Closets By Design franchise units by 15-25 percent annually into regions across the United States and Western Canada, according to the company.

“Studies show that nearly half of American homeowners are renovating in order to improve storage and efficiency, making organization products used in garages and closets one of the highest demanded categories in the home remodeling industry,” said Jerry Egner, president of Closets By Design. “Our franchise is answering the high consumer demand and has targeted key markets for expansion across the country where we are committed to finding the right partners to grow our brand.”

A key study pointing to growth of the home organization market is a report from The Freedonia Group that projects the market to grow four percent annually over the next three years. Closets By Designs’ announced expansion plan looks to parallel that expected growth.

The closet and home organization company, which started in 1982, began offering franchises in 1997 and currently has 38 locations across the United States and Canada.
