I am in the process of building a wooden bar cart for a dear friend for his new home and I want to make it very unique. I have decided that I’d like to make a bar cart with a unique side detailing like the picture attached of the white bar cart. I’m trying to decide on the best way to build this side detailing without it looking too messy/makeshift after I paint it. Specifically I’m concerned with how to join the wood pieces so that the joints are strong, and I don’t have to worry about it breaking during usage. Typically I use a Kreg jig for my joints, but since this detail is so small I don’t think the Kreg jig would be quite right for this project. I would so greatly appreciate any and all advice on this!
