Minneapolis, MN -- Western Construction, Inc. would like to welcome Gary Swanson to the Western Construction Replacement Window team.

"Gary Swanson is the real deal," said Bradley Chazin, President of Western Construction, Inc. "I was looking for a sales manager who shared the same vision for Western as I did. Many Replacement Windows Contractors rely on a high pressure sales model. I believe that if you offer a great product at a fair price your customers will want to do business with you."

At Western Construction there is no high pressure sales tack ticks allowed. EVER.

Gary brings Western Construction his 28 years of experience in the replacement windows industry.

Gary started in the window replacement business back in 1982 and hasn't looked back since.

Gary was awarded top salesman at Wellington Windows from 1988-1995 and top salesman at Lampert Exteriors from 2002-2009. Gary has been awarded numerous other sales and productivity awards.

Gary was responsible for the creation of Lampert Lumbers Exterior division in 1995. He held various positions while at Lampert from General Manager, Sales Manager, Production Manager and Advertising Manager. Gary brought Lampert Exteriors from $0 to over $6 million dollars in sales in less than seven years.
Gary is the go to person when it comes to Marvin Window and Door installation and Marvin Window and Door Products. Over the last 8 years Gary has attended yearly Marvin Window education seminars.
