Ashland, AL – Wellborn Cabinet, Inc., has partnered with Home & Garden Television (HGTV) as a sponsor of the 2011 HGTV Dream Home. The scenery of the Green Mountain State will encourage the home’s new owners to invite family and friends out to enjoy everything Spruce Peak at Vermont’s Stowe Mountain Resort has to offer. The two-story ski lodge is built on a slope to showcase the scenery and sleeps up to 14 guests in three bedrooms so the whole family can enjoy a wintry getaway. As the exclusive cabinet sponsor, Wellborn Cabinet provided its Platinum Solutions cabinetry for the kitchen, mudroom, laundry, master bath, dorm bath, ski dorm, powder bath, guest bath and refreshment center.
Wellborn’s slab style Milan Maple with a one-piece drawer front gives the kitchen that warm contemporary feel. The kitchen cabinetry features our Milan Maple in Oatmeal and Shadow Charcoal finishes. The island also includes a seating area and is open to the living room, making this entertainment central for the home. Functionality in the kitchen is key, too. A Microwave and Warming Drawer Stack provides options along with the cooktop stove for cooking enough for 14 guests.
The kitchen also features Wellborn’s unique Media Life, a product that integrates all the digital needs of any household into one convenient system. Media Life brings together live television, personal photos, music, iTunes, DVDs, podcasts, movies, home videos, family schedules, recipes, email and the web in one system that comes preconfigured and prepackaged complete with easy setup instructions.
Wellborn’s Distinctive Closets Program easily incorporates Wellborn’s cabinetry aesthetic into a spacious mudroom allowing for ample storage of snow covered ski equipment in Bristol Maple featuring a full overlay and a warm Oatmeal Charcoal finish.
All of the bathrooms in the home feature clean, contemporary cabinetry from our Milan Maple Pimento in the master bath to our full overlay Sonoma Maple in Glacier Pewter in the guest bath.
