DALLAS -- U.S. Home Systems Inc. today announced the availability of an online kitchen designer tool to help homeowners update kitchens with cabinet refacing and other pre-set options. The site is sponsored by US Remodelers, an operating subsidiary of U.S. Home Systems.

US Remodeler's site will guide remodelers, meeting specific requirements, with a variety of cabinet styles, colors and wood selections as well as optional countertop selections. In addition, the website allows users to schedule free in-home estimates, contains information on sale promotions, and provides a link to an informative video from The Home Depot, with whom U.S. Home Systems has a service provider agreement.

Murray Gross, chairman and chief executive officer, commented, "We are excited to offer this 24/7 service to homeowners who want to remodel their kitchens. The latest report from the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard has indicated that remodeling is moving to replacement and system upgrades from the upper-end discretionary remodeling that was done prior to 2007. Our new online design tool taps into this trend and allows homeowners to get a head start on their kitchen cabinet refacing projects. Consumers will be able to select cabinet doors, styles and profiles as well as a variety of optional countertops to design a comprehensive upgrade. Homeowners who remodel kitchens are increasingly savvy and informed about what they want and we are utilizing the power of the Internet to market these quality remodeling options to potential customers."
