Sunbelt Furniture Xpress and Shull Transport have entered into a definitive agreement to combine Shull Transport's operations into that of Sunbelt Furniture Xpress effective on Friday, April 29th, 2011. We are very excited to have Shull Transport as part of the SunBelt team as we continue to expand the scope and reach of our services to the furniture industry. Ed Long, president of Shull Transport will join the combined company and serve as VP of Corporate Development along with playing a key role in completing the merger of our operations.

Our goal is to provide a seamless transition so that Shull Transport's customers can continue to enjoy a superior level of service. The addition of Shull to our current service area will allow us to serve 81% of the U.S population directly from our service centers located in Hickory NC, Dallas TX, Jasper IN and Fontana CA. Sunbelt Furniture Xpress with the consolidation of Shull into our operations will now provide 100% direct service to the additional states of MI, WI, NJ, RI, CT, MA and CA.

SunBelt has for the past 45 years worked to provide to our customers a quality service product that allows both shippers and retailers to deliver on their promise to serve the customer. SunBelt Furniture Xpress is a subsidiary of Anderson Truck Service (ATS Inc) based in St. Cloud MN. ATS is ranked in the Top 50 U.S transportation companies with a strong track record of financial stability and growth. We greatly appreciate the support of both SunBelt and Shull Transport's customers and the opportunity to earn their business.

With the April 2011 addition of Shull Transport to our direct delivery network, SunBelt continues to focus on expansion in areas our customers ask us to serve as well as build on a delivery platform that allows for additional distribution channels. The combination of Newton Transportation and Anderson Truck Line into Sunbelt Furniture Xpress's service platform in 2009 went exceptionally well and we expect the same with the addition of Shull Transport. We view the addition of Shull as a value advantage for our customers and also one that positions Sunbelt Furniture Xpress well for a rebound in furniture and home accessory sales.
