Washington DC – The Window & Door Dealers Alliance (WDDA) announced the keynote speakers for the 2nd Annual Window & Door Dealers (WDD) Forum. The event is being held Tuesday, September 13, 2011, in conjunction with GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo™.

“Momentum is already building toward a very strong event,” said Matt Rumbaugh, the WDDA’s Senior Manager of Education and Training. “We have secured several outstanding speakers and developed an agenda focused on best practices that attendees will find extremely valuable.”

Following a highly successful inaugural forum in 2010, the 2011 WDD Forum will continue to emphasize sharing best practices through peer-to-peer discussions while providing opportunities for deeper interaction and networking among attendees. D.S. Berenson of leading law firm Berenson and Johansen will speak about protecting your business from legal risk, and entrepreneur Gene Marks will speak about how to spot new opportunities to grow your business.

“This year’s agenda is full of robust content centered on the issues that matter most to window and door dealers,” said Jana Goodrich, President of Seaway Window and co-chair of the event. “We’ve worked very hard to ensure every participant will leave the Forum with actionable take-aways to improve their business’ competitiveness.”

“Last year’s WDD Forum went a long way towards building a strong sense of community among independent dealers,” said Ken Mariotti, President of Woodland Windows & Doors and co-chair. “With the high quality of professionals who participate and the networking opportunities throughout the day, I have no doubt we will make even further strides in Atlanta.”

Registration for the 2011 WDD Forum, sponsored by Infinity by Marvin, UPS Freight, and NAPAC, will open in late April. GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo™ will run from September 12-14 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
