VANCOUVER, BC -- Solegear Bioplastics Inc. is pleased to announce that Brian Gusko will be joining the executive team of the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2011. With an MBA from the University of Calgary, Mr. Gusko’s international background as a financial controller, capital markets advisor and corporate governor includes roles as CFO, Investor Relations and Director for numerous publicly traded companies.
