The Norfolk Public Schools, VA, acting as a principal procurement agency, has publicly solicited and awarded an agreement for Educational Furniture to Sagus International including Artco-Bell Corporation, Midwest Folding Products and LSI Corporation of America. This cooperative purchasing agreement is available to public agencies, educational institutions and non-profit entities nationwide via National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (National IPA).
National IPA works with public and nonprofit agencies, as well as educational institutions, who as Principal Procurement Agencies competitively solicit national contracts for aggregated use. National IPA leverages purchasing volume of participating agencies across the country in order to receive larger volume discounts from suppliers. This cooperative strategy offers lower costs, plus time and resource savings, to participating agencies.
This is an optional use program with no minimum volume requirements and no fee to utilize the awarded agreements.
