Philip Donahoo joins Vance Publishing
LENEXA, KAN.--Philip Donahoo has joined Vance Publishing Corp. as Business Development Manager for The Greenbook Group, the Vance business focused on providing crop protection chemical data to the agriculture marketplace.

“The reformulation of The Greenbook Group’s product offerings has made them significantly more valuable to the end-user”
Donahoo previously was the Product Manager for BASF’s crop protection business unit at Raleigh-Durham, N.C. He also held sales and marketing positions in BASF’s turf and ornamental group and professional vegetation group, and earned a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Texas A&M University.

“The Greenbook Group recently redesigned its crop-protection products,” said Don Ransdell, vice president/publishing director of Vance Publishing. “We will be capitalizing on Philip’s expertise in new product launches and his familiarity with Greenbook’s portfolio of offerings to ensure that these new services and products realize their full market potential.”

The Greenbook Group’s new product line consists of 23 separate print directories, each covering a different crop or product category and available at varying price points. The company also provides online access to data and is enhancing Greenbook Mobile, the dedicated mobile site where customers can search for products by state, product name, crop site, and specific crop, and view specific rates of application indexed by crop, pest and application method.
