Osborne Wood Products opens new marketing offices

The dust rarely settles at Osborne Wood Products, Inc. Changes and improvements are almost constantly occurring in the name of progress and a smoothly running company. Recently, it was decided that a closer working relationship between the Marketing and Customer Service Departments would be more advantageous for Osborne customers. Since a hefty portion of Marketing is investigating and meeting the needs of the customer, and Customer Service hears customer suggestions on a daily basis, it was only a matter of time before steps were made to bring these two departments closer together.

The Marketing Department has officially moved to the Front Offices of Osborne Wood Products. Construction has been on-going for several weeks to knock out walls, pull up flooring, lay down carpet, and re-paint walls in order to combine cubicles and old offices. “We are very excited about just having the need for expansion,” says Christian Smedberg, Marketing Director at Osborne Wood Products, Inc. “With Osborne’s continued growth through this slow economy, we need to constantly look toward realistic future needs. By incorporating the latest technology, casual contemporary design, and an infusion of natural light, we feel that the new marketing offices at Osborne will stimulate creativity along with efficiency.” Both departments look forward to further productivity and a closer conversation with Osborne clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
