TOCCOA, GA. -- The dust rarely settles at Osborne Wood Products, Inc. Changes and improvements are almost constantly occurring in the name of progress and a smoothly running company. Recently, it was decided that a closer working relationship between the Marketing and Customer Service Departments would be more advantageous for Osborne customers. Since a hefty portion of Marketing is investigating and meeting the needs of the customer, and Customer Service hears customer suggestions on a daily basis, it was only a matter of time before steps were made to bring these two departments closer together.
