NBMDA announces 2011 board of directors
CHICAGO -- The North American Building Material Distribution Association (NBMDA) is pleased to announce its 2011 Board of Directors. Responsible for governing all affairs of the organization within its by-laws, the NBMDA Board is comprised of representatives from both Distributor and Associate member firms.
"I am extremely pleased with the group of individuals who were nominated and approved by the membership, as I am confident they have the strategic insight needed to lead the association during these times of significant change," said Kevin Gammonley, NBMDA's Executive Vice President.

Brian Schell, Parksite, NC, will serve as President of NBMDA. Additional officers serving one-year terms include President-Elect Paul Vella, Atlantic Plywood, MA; Vice President Ken Harris, A&M Supply, FL; Treasurer Robyn Pollina, Palmer-Donavin Mfg. Co., Ohio; and Immediate Past President Bill Delaney, Distributor Service, Inc., PA.

Serving as Distributor Directors are Rick Eversole, United Plywoods & Lumber, AL; Michael Johnston, Babcock Lumber Company, PA; Bill Sauter, OHARCO, NE; and Donald F. Schalk, C.H. Briggs Company, PA.

Associate Directors are John Ashe, OMG, FastenMaster, MA; Mark Carlisle, M.L. Campbell, Ohio; Greg Pray, Columbia Forest Products, Inc., NC; Karl Ruedisser, Blum, Inc., NC; and Chris Schlabach, VT Industries, Inc., IA; Jim Edgeworth, The Bilco Company, CT.
