His goal is to develop relationships with additional insurance companies not already served by National Restorations and to develop other strategic collaborative relationships with related insurance industry service providers.

Molis started his career in the insurance industry as a multi-line insurance claims adjuster in 1971 after graduating from Illinois State University. After a year and a half of claims handling, Fred advanced to a position with IBM working as part of a dedicated insurance team assigned to a top ten insurance carrier for the next twenty years specializing in insurance claims and solutions. Subsequently, Fred served in the position of Vice President for Xactware during its early growth years from 1992 to 1998. Most recently, Fred was Vice President Sales and Marketing at the Independent Testing and Evaluation Laboratory (ITEL).
